We are a manufacturer, specializing in stainless steel woven wire mesh filters.
We do not clean, service or repair used filters.
We accept Visa/Mastercard. Upon approved credit we do offer Net Terms.
Depending on the product “type” it typically can run 4-6 weeks, 12-16 week, Custom designed 26-32 weeks.
Ejay Filtration Standard cleaning – performed in our Ultrasonic tanks, using Deionized water with a soft detergent. Custom parts - we can offer cleaning to NAS 1638 Class 4 for an additional price.
Our standard testing is Bubble Point testing (follow guidelines of ARP 901) at the raw material level and some testing at the manufacturing level, it depends on the product. Other testing required by the drawing or the application would be outsourced and quoted accordingly.
Ejay Filtration can provide quotes for such processes; however, these services are not performed in-house. They are outsourced to third-party providers, primarily those with Nadcap accreditation.
Standard parts are not kept in stock. However, we maintain inventory of sub-components to minimize delivery time once an order is placed.
We do not export, but are willing to use a US Based Third party distributor of your choice.

No, all parameters are calculated. Ejay Filtration recommends empirical testing to verify compatibility in your specific application.
All pressure drops through the filter only are calculated based on provided medium (gas or liquid), medium flow, and pressure along with effective filtration area of the filter. Data charts comparing pressure drop to operating pressures and flow rates are also available upon request.
All standard design filters are designed to have only one flow direction. Please contact sales for a custom filter that may be designed to fit your particular application.
Temperature range for 300 series CRES steel is -180° F to 550° deg F
Detailed specific, or Sales drawings are typically not available. Filter profile CAD models are available upon receipt of order.
